You can understand how to lead change and still get stuck in the moments that matters most: talking with your people about missed expectations, uneven follow-through, quiet resistance, or tension that starts to creep into the culture.
This ready-to-use set of conversation starters and simple scripts and structures gives you clear language for those moments—from a minor slip to a repeated pattern. You’ll know what to say when a deadline gets missed, when someone is quietly undermining the work, and when you and a colleague fundamentally disagree about what’s really happening—so you can be direct without sounding harsh, over-explaining, or slipping into micromanaging. Accountability gets clearer, and trust stays intact.
Available only to those who attend live.

Every organization is special but not unique, meaning it has its own context, but the patterns that stall change are surprisingly consistent across all situations. This session helps you recognize those patterns so you can adapt the right next step to your reality.

Yes! I’ve saved time at the very end to answer any questions you may have.

Change isn’t just big initiatives or formal rollouts. It’s anytime you’re trying to shift how work gets done—by choice or because circumstance forces it. If progress feels harder than it should, this applies.
A NOTE FROM
Beth…
After decades leading schools and nonprofits, I wish I’d known earlier what I know now about why change gets stuck—even when leaders are doing everything they can.
I’ve been the leader who was responsible for outcomes, not optics, whether founding and leading a school or running a national teacher training institute. At times I would be in meetings, sending follow-ups, re-explaining decisions, and trying to hold the bar without turning into the micromanager I never wanted to be. Yet... people were saying one thing in the meeting and another after; quiet resistance started to bloom and leadership felt so draining.
If this feels familiar, there’s a reason. This is what happens when good plans hit real people trying to do good work—competing priorities, uneven follow-through, and you’re feeling the constant tension between being clear and being “too much.”
That’s why this masterclass is built the way it is. We’re not doing theory. We’re naming the patterns that stall progress and getting you to a right next step you can actually use—so you move change forward while keeping trust intact, without carrying too much of it yourself.
